Legacy Ridge LLC

Effective Date: June, 8 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting an estimate, signing a proposal, scheduling services, or otherwise engaging Legacy Ridge LLC (\"Company,\" \"we,\" \"our,\" or \"us\"), you (\"Customer, Client\") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Legacy Ridge LLC provides residential and commercial renovation services, including but not limited to:

Interior and exterior painting
Stone installation
Tile installation
Surface preparation and repairs
Remodeling and renovation work
Home and room transformation services

All work will be performed according to the agreed project scope and applicable industry standards.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Additional work requested after approval of an estimate may result in additional charges.

Discovery of concealed conditions, including water damage, mold, structural deficiencies, or other unforeseen issues, may require revised pricing and approval before additional work proceeds.

4. Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Payment schedules will be outlined in the project proposal, invoice, or contract.

Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payments when due may result in:

Suspension of work
Delayed project completion
Collection efforts as permitted by law

The Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred in collecting unpaid balances where permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

Provide reasonable access to the property and work areas.
Ensure utilities necessary for project completion are available.
Remove valuables, fragile items, and personal property from work areas.
Notify the Company of any known defects or conditions that may affect the work.

The Company is not responsible for damage to items left within active work areas.

6. Change Orders

Any modification to the agreed scope of work must be approved by both parties.

Additional labor, materials, or services requested by the Customer may increase project costs and completion timelines.

7. Scheduling and Delays

Project schedules are estimates only.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Material shortages
Supplier delays
Site conditions
Acts of God
Customer-requested changes
Circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control

8. Materials and Workmanship

Legacy Ridge LLC strives to provide quality materials and skilled craftsmanship.

Variations in color, texture, grain, pattern, and appearance of natural materials, including stone and tile products, are normal and do not constitute defects.

9. Warranty

Legacy Ridge LLC warrants its workmanship for a period of one (1) year from substantial completion unless otherwise specified in writing.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Abuse, neglect, or misuse
Water intrusion
Structural movement
Manufacturer defects
Damage caused by third parties

Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their own terms and conditions.

10. Cancellation

Projects canceled after materials have been ordered or work has commenced may be subject to charges for:

Labor performed
Materials purchased
Administrative costs
Restocking fees

Deposits may be non-refundable to the extent necessary to cover these costs.

11. Property Protection

Reasonable efforts will be made to protect surrounding surfaces and property during work.

However, renovation and construction activities involve inherent risks. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects discovered during the project.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Ridge LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Legacy Ridge LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when:

Unsafe working conditions exist
Payment obligations are not met
The Customer engages in threatening, abusive, or unlawful conduct
Conditions prevent safe or professional completion of work

14. Photographs

Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Customer grants Legacy Ridge LLC permission to photograph completed work for portfolio, advertising, website, and social media purposes. No personal identifying information will be published without consent.

15. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before initiating legal proceedings.

Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
